All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or returns unless the item is defective.

If damaged item needs to be returned, store credit will be issued after item is sent back and approved for return.

Customer is responsible for payment on shipping for a return. These shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
All made-to-order products have a processing time of 2-3 week before shipped out to customer. hndsght Studio is a 1-person operation, so patience in this process is appreciated.
International orders (outside of US) are subject to additional customs and duty fees by carrier.
Once item has been marked as shipped by the carrier, it becomes the customer's responsibility to file a claim for lost, stolen or damaged items by carrier.
